Lakeview Hospital is governed by a Board of Directors. The responsibilities of the Board include:

ensuring Lakeview Hospital is meeting the needs of the community

establishing Lakeview Hospital's mission, vision, policies and bylaws that govern the Hospital's operations

oversee quality performance

oversee financial performance
The Board is comprised of representatives from the Stillwater area community and Lakeview Hospital's medical staff, with the majority being community representatives. Board members serve without compensation. Members are appointed to three-year terms by the incumbent Board.

Jeff Robertson, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Robertson joined Lakeview Hospital as its Chief Executive Officer in 1987. In 2005, when Lakeview Hospital and Stillwater Medical Group integrated to form Lakeview Health, he was named CEO of Lakeview Health. Mr. Robertson holds a Masters in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota. Prior to 1987, Robertson held administrative positions at hospitals in Staples and Zumbrota, MN.

Doug Johnson, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Johnson serves as Chief Finance Officer for both Lakeview Health System and Lakeview Hospital. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Johnson held various roles of increasing responsibility with Allina Health System in Minneapolis, MN. He joined Lakeview Hospital in Stillwater, MN as Chief Financial Officer in 2000. He was named CFO of Lakeview Health System in 2005, when Lakeview Hospital and Stillwater Medical Group formed an integrated delivery system. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls, WI and a Master of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. |

Andrew Dorwart, MD, President, Stillwater Medical Group Dr. Dorwart joined Stillwater Medical Group in 1992 as an Internal Medicine physician. He has held many leadership positions within Stillwater Medical Group and Lakeview Health. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas and a MD degree from the University of Minnesota. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Hennepin County Medical Center. |

Curt Geissler, President, Lakeview Memorial Hospital Mr. Geissler joined the Hospital in 1991 as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to coming to Lakeview, Mr. Geissler was a manager in the healthcare consulting practice of Deloitte and Touche in Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Geissler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin in Eau Claire, WI and a Master of Business Administration from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis, MN. |

Paul Erickson, Vice President for Development, Lakeview Foundation Mr. Erickson was hired in 2005 as the Foundation's first development officer. Prior to his joining the Lakeview staff he served as the Director for Development of the Indianhead Council, Boy Scouts of America. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Morris, MN. His responsibilities include the development and implementation of a comprehensive fund raising program to include major gifts and planned giving efforts, special events, annual giving, and grant writing, as well as to provide leadership and support to the system's Foundation Board. |
