Paid Vacation, Sick Time and Holidays
- Paid vacation (available to employees in an authorized position of 32 hours [.4 FTE] or more per pay period).
- Paid sick time, including an incentive plan of paid bonus days off for unused sick time (available to employees in an authorized position of 32 hours [.4 FTE] or more per pay period).
- Paid traditional holidays (available to employees authorized to work 80 hours [1.0 FTE] per pay period).
- Paid floating holidays (available to employees in an authorized position of 32 hours [.4 FTE] or more per pay period).
401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
- For qualifying employees we make an automatic employer contribution of 3.5% of eligible salary.
- Plus a 50% employer match on the first 4% you contribute to a maximum 2% match.
Life and AD&D Insurance
- Life insurance and Accidental Death and Disability are available to employees authorized to work 32 hours (.4) or more per pay period. Employees may purchase additional life insurance for their spouse or dependent children.
Disability Insurance
- Disability insurance is available to employees authorized to work 60 hours or more per pay period.
